Don't be fooled by cheap knock-offs made overseas, or models touting adjust-ability. The range of resistance in an "adjustable" model is grossly limited. Squeezing a ball or using one of those old-school v-grips is okay for gross grasping strength, but only Prohands isolates and challenges each finger individually for strength, dexterity, and endurance in the entire hand, wrist and forearm.
